Business Strategy

The Business Strategy module is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the critical concepts and frameworks for developing effective business strategies in the digital age. Students will learn how to assess the competitive environment and develop a competitive strategy to gain a competitive advantage. They will also learn the importance of developing a digital business model and implementing a digital marketing plan to drive customer acquisition and retention.
