I experienced fast growth within a year by leveraging hard and soft skills. Starting in manufacturing, evolving through automotive and soon approaching localization services powered with AI. I leveraged my previous engineering skills with those acquired in data science and AI at OPIT. As an ENFJ personality type, I’m passionate about supporting younger peers as they prepare to enter the workforce or advance their careers.
I would share my experience to help the next generation of students grow. For me, it will be an opportunity to give back what I have received.
I am motivated to become a mentor because I want to share the encouragement and guidance that helped me in my own journey. Mentoring is a way to support others. I see it as an opportunity to give back and create meaningful connections.
I strongly believe in the value of sharing knowledge and supporting others in their academic and professional journeys. During my time at OPIT, I have benefitted greatly from the guidance of professors and peers, and I would like to give back by helping other students navigate their own paths.
My motivation for joining this program is to connect with new people and share the knowledge I’ve gained over the past 10 years of my professional life.
I am motivated to become a Mentor because I genuinely enjoy helping others grow and navigate their career paths with confidence. Mentoring gives me the opportunity to share practical insights, guide others in developing essential analytical and professional skills, and help them avoid common mistakes I encountered early on.
Mentoring allows me to share the technical expertise and practical insights I have developed over many years. I have always been passionate about sharing knowledge, as it not only supports others but also deepens my own understanding of the subject.
