Peer Career Mentoring Program
Meet our Mentors
The OPIT Peer Career Mentoring Program offers a supportive space for students and alumni to connect with more experienced peers for career advice and inspiration. We leverage the rich experience of the OPIT community to drive personal and professional growth through dialogue and knowledge-sharing.

"I'm quite good at helping people structure their projects and find solutions. My approach helps them gain confidence in their future objectives."

"With over 15 years in software development, I want to share practical experience and help students understand how what we study is applied in real jobs."

"Many students feel lost; I want to offer guidance, support, and a listening ear, helping them find direction and confidence in their fast-evolving field."

"My motivation is to help where needed and, most importantly, to give confidence. With confidence and self-assurance, anything can be achieved."

"I like to share my knowledge and experience to help other people find their way. Every time I do, I realize that they help me grow as well."

"I would like to share my motivation and experience about AI and data with aspiring professionals."

We rise by helping to light others, a candle that burns alone will soon go out. A simple but targeted support can massively influence and redirect the path of a generation.

I experienced fast growth within a year by leveraging hard and soft skills. Starting in manufacturing, evolving through automotive and soon approaching localization services powered with AI. I leveraged my previous engineering skills with those acquired in data science and AI at OPIT. As an ENFJ personality type, I’m passionate about supporting younger peers as they prepare to enter the workforce or advance their careers.

Mentoring energizes me because it’s a two-way street. While I share my experience, I gain fresh perspectives, stay current with new ideas, and often see challenges through different lenses, which keeps me sharp and engaged.

I would share my experience to help the next generation of students grow. For me, it will be an opportunity to give back what I have received.
